Bybit Launches U.S. Stock and ETF Trading for Global Users
Crypto exchange Bybit now offers access to 1,000+ U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs, expanding beyond digital assets for its 80 million global users.
Bybit, the Dubai-based trading platform with more than 80 million registered users worldwide, has expanded into equities, giving eligible global customers access to more than 1,000 U.S.-listed stocks and exchange-traded funds. The move marks a significant strategic pivot for a platform that built its reputation primarily as a cryptocurrency exchange.
Among the securities now accessible through Bybit are shares of major American companies such as Apple, placing the platform in more direct competition with traditional retail brokerage services that have long dominated stock trading for individual investors outside the United States.

The launch reflects a broader industry trend of crypto-native platforms seeking to capture retail investor demand across multiple asset classes. By consolidating digital assets and traditional equities under one interface, Bybit is positioning itself as an all-in-one financial services destination rather than a specialized crypto venue.
Access to the new stock trading feature is subject to user eligibility requirements, though the company did not specify in its announcement which jurisdictions or account types qualify. The offering targets the platform's existing global user base, which spans dozens of countries across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.
