VoltaGrid has finalized two major equity deals totaling $1.575 billion, backed by Blackstone and Halliburton.
Houston-based VoltaGrid has completed a pair of equity transactions worth a combined $1.575 billion, the company announced Oct. 5, 2026, closing deals that were first disclosed in May of this year.
